Mr Ramnath Pradeep, (L.L.B, PG (Economics)

Shri Ramnath Pradeep has experience in the Banking Sector for the past 37 years and is a Former CMD of Corporation Bank
He is a recipient of Government of India's merit scholarship. After completion of LLB, Shri Pradeep practiced for a short period and joined Madhya Pradesh Financial Corporation as a Law Officer. He then Joined Dena Bank in the year 1981 . During his tenure in Dena Bank he launched Credit Card for Dena Bank and also setting up one of the first Asset Recovery Branches in Public Sector Banks. He then headed as a General Manager , Industrial Finance Branch, Mumbai where he worked in various areas like Treasury, Recovery Management, Asset Liability Management etc .

In the year  2002 he was appointed to Bank of India as Chief Vigilance Officer till 2004 and then as General Manager (Legal & Recovery) upto 2005. During his tenure, he supported Bank's effort to implement Core Banking Solutions (CBS), an outsourcing model, which got appreciation from International Community for best outsourcing model.

After completion of his deputation at Bank of India, Shri Pradeep joined his parent bank Dena Bank in January 2006. He was the in-charge of IT department and CBS implementation. The CBS was successfully implemented along with most of other solutions in the Bank.

He took charge as Executive Director of Central Bank of India in December 2008. During his tenure the Bank started moving forward in terms of retention of the customers and restoring confidence among employees at all levels, customers and Regulatory Govt. Authorities.

In the field of finance since 1981, qualified as Chartered Accountant in 1984 and is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Mr. Gandhi is on the panel of Insurance Surveyors for Govt. Insurance Companies and also Member of Indian Institute of Valuers. He is in full time practice since more than 26 years based at Mumbai. He has rich and diverse experience in areas like Banking & Finance, Taxation, Co operative, Feasibility Study, Due Diligence, Valuation & Management Consultancy services.

CA. M.A. John  (B.Com, D.B.M, FCA)

In the field of finance since 1981, qualified as chartered accountant in 1985. In full time practice since more than 25 years based at Mumbai. Mr. John has rich and diverse experience in areas like Banking & Finance, Taxation, Co operative, Feasibility Study, Due Diligence, Valuation  & Management Consultancy services. However over last decade he has earned expertise and specialization in SAP finance functional consultancy & Information technology related assignments

CA. S.M.  Gandhi  (B.Com, D.I.B.F, ACA, ICBRR, DISA)

Qualified as Chartered Accountant in the year 2009. He has also earned Diploma in Banking & Finance from I.I.B.F. in the year 2009. He has further achieved ISA certification in the field of  information systems  from ICAI and International Certification in Banking Risk & Regulation (ICBRR) from Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), USA  in 2010. Mr. Gandhi has growing experience & knowledge of varied bank audits, and allied banking services like project finance, legal & valuation services etc. 

Neeraj Agrawal (B.com, MBA – Finance (University of Wales), ACCA (UK))
